CT5763 - Folding Scythe

Great tool.... just make sure you remove any rocks from the grass before using as the blade isn't designed to take hits from rocks

As a complete novice scythe user I can't make an informed assessment. However, it arrived promptly, was easy to put together and is lightweight. Took a while to sharpen. Cuts tall grass as it is supposed to. Will get easier with more experience. Ps I am a 73 yr old small female. If I can do it, anyone can.

The product is fairly good considering the price. However technically it lacks sturdiness due to the blade being a stamped piece without a formed spine for rigidity. Some fetling will fix this but buyers shouldn't have to do this to an item that they expect to work straight from the packaging. It can be made to work well but not everyone had the skills nor facilities to fix the weak points. Good price, poor functionality as standard.
