SJA100XL - Triton Super Jaws XXL SJA 100XL

The Triton SJA100XL is a freestanding clamping station for workshop and site work, built for jobs where the workpiece has to be held properly before anything else can happen. Up to 1000kg of clamping force and a jaw that opens the whole way from 0 to 1000mm let it take hold of awkward, oversized and irregular work that will not sit in a bench vice.

Clamping is worked by foot, so both hands stay on the workpiece while it is positioned and secured. The frame is powder-coated steel throughout, the jaws reverse for extra-wide capacity, and the legs fold against the body when the job is finished.

• Both hands stay on the work. Foot-operated clamping means you are not holding the workpiece with one hand and the clamp with the other.
• It takes work a bench vice cannot. A full metre of jaw opening suits doors, panels, long timber and awkward sections.
• Reversible jaws for extra-wide capacity. Switching the jaws over opens the clamping range up without adding another tool.
• You can get around the workpiece. The freestanding tripod leaves the work accessible from either side, unlike a bench-mounted vice.
• Stable where you set it down. An extra-wide base steadies large work, and the front feet can be bolted to the floor for permanent use.
• Folds away when you are finished. The legs fold against the body, and front and rear carry handles make it manageable to move.
• Built to stay outside the van. All-steel construction under a corrosion-resistant powder coat.
